FOR PRODUCERS

The artwork candidates generated by the Essential Suite pipeline are evaluated as potential additive assets to a title’s existing (or planned) static artwork suite from a design agency. Ultimately, it is up to each Producer to decide if a given artwork candidate meets the creative, editorial and/or promotional needs of the title in question. Producers provide this valuable feedback by accepting or rejecting each title asset presented to them via their artwork portal automation project. 

Important Things to Keep in Mind

• A title becomes “eligible” for automation when the following criteria have been met;
• The title is a Netflix Original with display rights in at least one EN locale
• The title is -12 weeks from its launch date
• At least 40% of the title IMF has been delivered and encoded 
• Stacked and Un-Stacked title treatments are ingested and published in IRO 

Manually Force Automation Processing Go/Startartworkautomation Lego Form: The system requires 40% of the IMF to be delivered (4 eps in a 10 ep series) before your title will be processed. You can manually force automation processing for your title at anytime if you wish to override the IMF and date-from-launch triggers that are required for a title to be automatically processed. Where is my Automation Project? Go/essentialsuitestatus Lego Report: If you can’t find your automation project in artwork portal, use this Lego report to get a status on each of the five canvases expected for your title. If you’re missing display art (horizontal or vertical) in your automation project, it’s likely because logos have not yet been ingested and published in IRO.
